Dissolved oxygen analyzer is a commonly used instrument and equipment, mainly used to measure the dissolved oxygen value in water, widely used in industries, agriculture, scientific research, environmental protection and other fields. The film coated dissolved oxygen meter adopts the principle of permeation measurement, which reflects sensitively and measures stably and reliably.The instrument adopts LCD display for measuring and displaying DO value and medium temperature value, with analog signal and digital signal output as well as control function.
Working principle
The dissolved oxygen value in water depends on temperature, pressure, and the salinity of the dissolved water. The sensor part of the coated electrode dissolved oxygen analyzer consists of a gold electrode (cathode) and a silver electrode (anode), as well as potassium chloride or potassium hydroxide electrolyte. Oxygen diffuses into the electrolyte through the membrane and forms a measurement circuit with the gold and silver electrodes. The current flowing through the coated electrode of the dissolved oxygen analyzer is proportional to the oxygen partial pressure, and there is a linear relationship between the current and oxygen concentration under constant temperature.
